Losing a pet is so hard

Our good ol' girl, Bird Dog (Bertie) passed away quietly this evening. She was one of the sweetest pups I ever met, the tail-waggin'est dog ever. Low to the ground, in true Bassett hound fashion, her ears were always wet from having been dragged... more

Hi Leslie! Thanks for dropping by. :-) It's been months since I set "mouse" in 360, but was there earlier today looking for an old post. Everything was so broken that it took me nearly 30 minutes to find it. I had thought about visiting my 360 friends, but was so frustrated I left without saying hello.

All *IS* well! I'm training for the Edinburgh Marathon, which I'm doing as a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The event is May 25th, but I'll be wandering about Scotland until June 15th. Can't wait to see some of my good friends, meet a few new online friends, and spend some time alone in that beautiful country. I will likely take a few days on the train to England, as well, to visit friends there.

So sorry I missed your birthday in January! I've been remiss in getting around to visit my good friends... With the coming of Spring, I do hope all is well in your world!
